COA (aka C of A) stands for Certificate of Analysis.  This is a report provided preferably by a third party that will show the quality and purity of your CBD product.  In most States, a COA is required for each product that is sold.  The COA will also show a breakdown of actual potency of CBD, THC (if any exists), and other cannabinoids.
